<p><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></p><p>l Delivering a high level of customer service to customers regarding their queries and inform them about promotions.</p><p>l Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to company guidelines</p><p>l Supporting and guiding customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary</p><p>l Enable our customers with quality solutions in a timely, personal, and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ expectations</p><p>l Keep up to date with new information/policies</p><p>l Collaborate with our Fraud and Payments team in order to resolve customer queries</p><p>l Collaborate with our CRM team</p><p>l Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>l At least 3 years in <strong>CS Agent/Officer position</strong> with relevant <strong>industry experience</strong> would be an asset</p><p>l Knowledge of Blockchain, Crypto etc. would be an asset</p><p>l Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</p><p>l Bilinguals are preferred (Hindi, English).</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>l Able to work <strong>onsite</strong> (<strong>rotate shift</strong>)</p><p>l A <strong>team player</strong> that can work <strong>independently</strong></p><p>l Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions</p><p>l Care in dealing with sensitive information</p><p>l You have a positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach</p><p>l Strong customer orientation, and eager to contribute to <strong>startup team</strong></p><p>l Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify customer’s needs</p><p>l The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities</p><p>l An excellent <strong>listener</strong></p><p>l <strong>Smart and flexible</strong></p>
