<ul><li><strong>Voice/Non-Voice </strong></li><li><strong>Should be comfortable working 24*7 shifts</strong></li><li><strong>Should be a Graduate </strong></li><li><strong>French Read, write & speak (C1 level of proficiency) + English Read & Write (B2 level of proficiency)</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Must Have Skills: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p> •Basic working knowledge on computer</p><p> •Effective written and verbal communication skills in required language.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p> •Understand customer queries related to bookings, Changes and refunds if any thru Voice & non voice channels and address the same</p><p> •Document the customer queries in CRM</p><p> •Connect with different Third party team to delivery information and solution to the customer•Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks</p><p> •Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.</p><p> •Good information processing skills – Able to react promptly to a situation, read, think, type or search simultaneously.</p><p> •Good Typing Speed</p>
