<p>Etisalat Global Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project)</p><p>The scope of the account is handling home services and mobile services inquiries (inbound)</p><p><br></p><p>Job description:</p><p>1)Communicating with customers via selected channels.</p><p>2)Responding promptly to customer inquiries.</p><p>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.</p><p>3)Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.</p><p>4)Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.</p><p>5)Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer&nbsp;support.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>1)University Graduates</p><p>2)Language Profile Excellent in English (B1+ – B2)</p><p>3) 3 – 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)</p><p> </p><p>Job benefits:</p><p>1)Net Salary 6000 EGP/Month + NBA (90EGP/Sale)</p><p>2)Social and Medical insurance</p><p>3)Free VPN line</p><p>4)Paid training period</p><p>5)Ability to apply for any internal vacancy after 6 months</p>
