<p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative and Contracting Interior Designer. This position requires a unique combination of skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, strong customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Customer Service:</li></ol><ul><li>Handle customer written & verbal communication such as inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Provide product information, pricing details, and accurate estimates for projects.</li><li>Prepare, write and send accurate and correct quotations to customers </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Contracting Interior Design:</p><ul><li>Utilize AutoCAD to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.</li><li>Determine the quantity of materials needed for specific surface measurements and produce accurate cost estimates.</li><li>Develop comprehensive offers and proposals, considering project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.</li><li>Liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project details and ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Maintain effective and proactive communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Visitor Reception:</p><ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors to our office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.</li><li>Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the contracting or interior design industry.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret architectural plans.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
