SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Manage an assigned team by planning, organising and following up on CSD activities to ensure work tasks are distributed and executed with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner to achieve the best possible service to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach and guide its members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs
• Provide supervision and assistance to customer service team to attain departmental and organisational goals.
• Support in order handling and invoicing processing in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on open orders by coordinating with the production and distribution planning on the availability of Finished Goods in order to enhance the delivery performance.
• Report the actual backlog status by extracting, analysing and producing periodical reports to the CSD Manager and the Sales department in order to communicate the expected delivery dates for all customers’ orders.
• Support the teams to deliver the correct assignment of tasks; plan the team’s daily workload, orders, invoices, service complaints, emails etc., taking the necessary actions when solutions are required in customer critical situations.
• Assess all team members in accordance with the competence matrix and IFS processes putting development plans in place where needed.
• Supervise accuracy of IFS data processing, ensuring all effort is made to proactively encourage improvements

• Respond to all customer enquiries and handle it or direct it to relevant department/ function

• Proactively communicate delay situations out of our standard delivery terms / earlier confirmed dates

• Facilitate order discussion with internal cross-functional team

• Attend to sales team calls and requests
