We are Hiring Fluent English Speakers ! <br><br>-Customer Service Agent<br><br>-Technical Support Agent<br><br>-Call Center Agent<br><br>Location: Maadi<br>Net Salary: 9000 + 650 Transportation Allowance<br>Rotational Shifts ( Last Shift ends at 6 PM)<br>2 Days off<br>8 Workin Hours<br> <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat<br>Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability<br>Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs<br>Data entry in various platforms<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Grads Only<br>Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills<br>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work<br>English Level: B2 up to C1
