This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. You will be working in a fast paced, high performing team. The individual needs to demonstrate initiative, great attention to detail and have a proven ability to work in a fast paced, high performing team.<br><br><strong>In This Role, You Will<br></strong><ul><li>Responsible for meeting and greeting all customers through the branches.</li><li>Data capture for all the customers on the system.</li><li>Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure all customers are served and assisted properly.</li><li>Ensure proper communication with our sellers and buyers throughout the branch. </li><li>Prepare daily reports on the system.</li><li>Update all the customers’ information who visited the branch with the outcome of the visit.</li><li>Ensure customers are assisted in a timely manner.<br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Customer service attitude.</li><li>Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude.</li><li>Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Always smile and be presentable.<br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>A fast paced, high performing team.</li><li>Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities</li><li>Competitive Tax-free Salary</li><li>Comprehensive Health Insurance</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance</li><li>Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates</li><li>Rewards &amp; Recognitions</li><li>Learning &amp; Development opportunities<br></li></ul>Bayut &amp; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
