Customer Service Representative | AL Futtaim Logistics | Jebel Ali

Overview of the role:

  • The purpose of this role is to ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all free zone rules and regulations

 

What you will do:

  • Achieve defined Key Performance Indicator Targets
  • Inbound and Outbound system functionality
  • Inbound and Outbound documentation
  • Reporting – warehouse stats, last mile delivery reports, sales space capacity, inventory stats and data analysis
  • Managing all the customer inquiries 
  • Inventory control – PI counts and subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks and quarantine products

4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office 

 

About the Team:

  • Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and the purpose of this role is to ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all free zone rules and regulations.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-year experience in similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a must)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System
  • Knowledge of customs documentation process
