Position Title:             Customer Service Representative

Salary:                        up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualification plus transportation, OT Pay and incentives

Job Description:

• Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
• Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
• Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
• Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
• Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Female, 39 years old and below
• Should have at least 1 BPO experience
• Should have experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
