<p>To process and follow up on customer-sales orders targeting on time and complete order delivery while ensuring minimal returns upon delivery<br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Customer Sales Order<br></strong>-Enters sales orders accurately on the system and checks prices for modern trade customers versus PO to avoid reconciliation issues. <br>-Follows-up with logistics team to ensure orders are delivered to customers on time. <br>-Follows-up with IT and F&A on issues preventing the timely release of orders in order to minimize the delay of delivery to customers. <br>-Coordinates with Market Planning team to ensure timely clean up of discontinued items from the system.<br><strong>Transaction Processing<br></strong>-Processes transactions related to CN’s, DN’s, GRV’s and distribute them to the sales team in order to deliver them to customers.<br><strong>Reports & Analysis<br></strong>-Analyzes and develops action plans in order to fix issues causing returns upon delivery.<br>-Shares on a monthly basis discontinued items, wrong prices, and wrong barcodes with the sales team for correction.<br><strong>KPIs<br></strong>-Updates monthly the KPIs and takes necessary actions in order to reach the target.<br><strong>Transmed Purpose<br></strong>-Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis<br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Academic Education & Professional Certifications<br></strong>-Technical Degree or BA Degree in Business Administration or any related field<br><br></p>
