This is an exciting opportunity for a Saudi citizen with previous experience in a design agency environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ol><li>Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project objectives. Assist them in choosing the most suitable design solutions that meet their needs.</li><li>Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to gather detailed information regarding their design project requirements. Understand their vision, objectives, and budgetary considerations.</li><li>Project Planning: Collaborate with the design team to translate customer requirements into comprehensive project plans. Ensure clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and expectations to both clients and internal teams.</li><li>Contract Writing: Prepare and draft contracts based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Ensure all legal and financial aspects are accurately included and that contracts are signed by both parties.</li><li>Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed within the defined timelines and meet the client’s expectations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Issue Resolution: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:</p><ol><li>Saudi Citizenship: Only Saudi citizens are eligible to apply for this position.</li><li>Previous Design Agency Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a design agency environment is required. Familiarity with various design concepts and software is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential. You should be able to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships. Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions accordingly.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Contract Management: Experience in contract writing and negotiation is preferred.
