<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p> Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs</p><p> Keeping detailed records of customer interactions</p><p> Following your company’s communication procedures and policies</p><p> Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools</p><p> Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and</p><p> other services</p><p> Complaints, requests, and Enquiries handling</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: Graduate</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> Language:- Preferable Arabic speaking</p><p> At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience</p><p> Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. </p><p> Freshers or Experienced working with customer support.</p><p> Positive attitude</p><p> Flexible for any shifts.</p><p><br></p><p> Location:- Anywhere in UAE</p><p></p>
