Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, handling outbound calls, completing daily tasks on servicing client’s file, and assisting with billing changes to clients’ program. You will also be responsible for assisting negotiators with achieving settlement terms, reaching out to clients for NSF payments, handling client email and mail correspondence, and assisting sales with retaining clients enrolled.

  • FULL training provided.
  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Working hours: 5PM to 2AM Amman Time (United States schedule: 7am-4pm Pacific Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle outbound calls to clients and provide them with exceptional service.
  • Complete daily tasks on servicing client’s files accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with billing changes to client’s program to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Assist negotiations with achieving settlement terms by verifying timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Reach out to clients for NSF payments in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Handle client email and mail correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist sales with retaining clients enrolled by providing excellent customer service, educating the client about the program, explaining the negotiation process, and addressing their concerns.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong critical thinking ability to solve problems at a high level.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures to improve customer service experience.
  • Strong commitment to punctuality.
