Job Description
Interact with UAE customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
