<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities and duties:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Manage customer accounts and processing payments</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.</li><li>Provide customers with information on port services and regulations.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualification And Certificates</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Have certifications or diplomas in customer service, communication skills, conflict resolution, or related areas.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Experience And Knowledge</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or related fields such as sales, marketing, or hospitality. </li><li>Specific experience in a particular industry or with a specific service.</li><li>Good understanding of the company’s services, as well as policies and procedures.</li></ul>
