<ul><li>Interact with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty</li><li>Resolve problems over the telephone on the spot</li><li>Convert sales opportunities in order to meet financial targets</li><li>Clarify and explain procedures and products over the telephone</li><li>Capture and report customer feedback towards continual product development</li><li>Performs the necessary &amp; right action on systems and tools in order to fulfill the customer request properly and maintain the company’s financial position</li><li>Recommends process improvements to facilitate the Customer care work and delight the customers</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University Graduate</li><li>1 – 3 years of Call Center experience</li><li>Customer focused</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Excellent English language is a must</li><li>Strong listening skills</li></ul>
