<p><span>We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing customer service and order fulfillment processes, ensuring that all customer inquiries and orders are handled in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.</span></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with them through social media channels in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment, including shipping and tracking</li><li>Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company database</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed</li><li>Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements</li><li>Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualification and Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bechlors degree in a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a customer service and/or order fulfillment role</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familarity with Microsoft Excel.</li><li>English Language: At least conversational proficiency.</li></ul>
