Job Description

A reputable Company located in Mkalles is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive.

Main Duties:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all customers have the required product knowledge.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and report to direct manager.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations in liaison with the Customer Service Manager.
  • Maintain a pleasant work environment with the team.
  • Update on daily basis the ERP system.
  • Follow up with the production department regarding the production status and updated information from clients.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales, Design, Warehouse department, and Product Office about orders, shipments, and finished goods.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities such as administrative tasks.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
