Job Description
A reputable Company located in Mkalles is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive.
Main Duties:
- Handle customers’ inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all customers have the required product knowledge.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and report to direct manager.
- Handle the day-to-day operations in liaison with the Customer Service Manager.
- Maintain a pleasant work environment with the team.
- Update on daily basis the ERP system.
- Follow up with the production department regarding the production status and updated information from clients.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales, Design, Warehouse department, and Product Office about orders, shipments, and finished goods.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities such as administrative tasks.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 3 plus years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Ability to handle customer complaints.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
