<p>We are looking for a Customer Service executive with Healthcare background to join our team at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key Accountabilities </em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>This position is responsible for delivering a high standard of patient-care and experience, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrates commitment to Customer Satisfaction.</li><li>Execute general customer service activities (customer interaction, booking management, billing processing, handling calls)</li><li>Provides excellent communication, problem-solving and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.</li><li>Handles customer complaints on the spot concerning customer Service and shares the information with other departments if necessary.</li><li>Ensure that the customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the companyβs brands, systems and processes.</li><li>Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, emails, etc.</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.</li><li>Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Manager to aid the smooth running of the DHTC.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Health care: 2 years (Mandatory)</li><li>customer service: 2 years (<span>Mandatory</span>)</li><li>Bilingual/ Arabic language Knowledge</li><li>MS Office/ Systems</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><span>Monthly: AED3,800 – AED4,000 all inclusive </span></li><li><span>Health Insurance</span></li><li>Work Visa</li><li><span>Travel Allowance</span></li></ul>
