This person should have the ability to create strong long-term relationships, defend the success of our clients, coordinate jobs with internal teams, discover new mutually beneficial business opportunities with our existing clients.</p><p><strong><u>Portfolio must be shared with C.V</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>developing business relationships for existing accounts and working to find development opportunities in the relationship with the client, meeting the needs of customers and working to gain their satisfaction, achieving the material and moral sales goal agreed with the management during the specified time period, and preparing daily, weekly and monthly periodic reports for the progress of work and presenting them to the company and the client as needed.</li><li>coordinate and follow-up the service process provided to the client and ensure that the required service is provided to the client in the best way and ensure that the operations proceed according to the planned and completed in accordance with the required quality standards and create clear models of work procedures and develop coordination with the different departments in completing the work, each according to its specialization. Providing information and reports on customer accounts to the team associated with the implementation of the client’s business.</li><li>preparation of presentations, summary of customer visits, quotations, reports and other forms associated with the work.</li><li>dealing with calls, inquiries, and emails received from customers with full clarification of any information requested.</li><li>trying to know the methods of decision-making and its mechanism among customers and understand the nature of the work and its requirements for them.</li><li>perform any similar duties within the scope of the job description at the request of management.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Saudi Citizen</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration or public relations</li><li>With 3 or more years as a client service in an agency or corporate environment</li><li>Excellent English speaking and writing</li></ul><p><strong>Job benefits </strong></p><ul><li>Expected monthly salary package (SAR 12,000 β 15,000)</li><li>Friendly working environment</li><li>Health Insurance</li></ul>
