Job Description

  • Maintain a systematic list of all customer data consisting of interactions, documents, and other relevant details.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Understand client requirements to identify and resolve any shortcomings or flaws in a product.

  • Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills.
