Job Description
As a very interactive illusion museum in Dubai, we are looking for full time customer service staff.
Our aim is to offer our customers a quality of service beyond their expectations.
Your role :
- Follow our visitors along their visit, and help them take pictures with their own smartphones
- Propose to them some interesting ideas when posing for the pictures
- Show them that you are available at any time, but without being intrusive or over-present
- The thin line between available and intrusive is exactly what you will need to master
- To entertain kids, and adapt your presentation to their level to make sure they enjoy the experience
- Understand and be able to explain every illusion presented in the museum
- Ensure resolving queries of customers by providing accurate information within a short timeframe
- Collaborate with the manager to stay informed about changes in company rules and projects
- To be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- To be able to make the customer’s personal journey as smooth and comfortable as possible
Skills
- Prior work experience in the face-to-face customer support and service field
- Adept in addressing customer questions through effective conversation
- Decent photographing skills with a smartphone
- Strong communication skills.
- Be genuinely caring and patient with children
- Fluent English speaking is required
- To have a friendly and approachable personality
- is a plus : Experience in POS use
- is a plus : Experience with cash and card transactions
- is a plus : Being fluent in additional languages (any European language, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese,..)
