<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for an <strong>Customer Operations Support</strong> for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>▪ You will You will assist in the formulation of targets for individuals.</p><p>▪ You will answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.</p><p>▪ You will anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.</p><p>▪ Keep management informed on issues and problems.
