About the job Customer Happiness Agent (Contract)
Our client is a Medical University in Dubai, looking to hire an experienced RECEPTIONIST for a temporary contract.
Candidates who can join immediately on a family sponsorship visa will be considered for the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong office administration skills.Can handle incoming calls.
- Excellent English & ARABIC communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Stock management of office consumables, parts, and etc.
- Prepares order for office consumables and receive all deliveries.
- Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
