About the job Customer Happiness Agent (Contract)

Our client is a Medical University in Dubai, looking to hire an experienced RECEPTIONIST for a temporary contract.

Candidates who can join immediately on a family sponsorship visa will be considered for the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong office administration skills.Can handle incoming calls.
  • Excellent English & ARABIC communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Stock management of office consumables, parts, and etc.
  • Prepares order for office consumables and receive all deliveries.
  • Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
