Job Scope:
The CCD assistant is fully empowered in implementation of customer marketing plan that supports the objectives of our brands and company volume delivery.
He executes the brand/category activities for Customer/Channels based on the Customer Marketing Plan defined every year.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role of CCD assistant is crucial in the excellent implementation of activity plans at the customer level, in cooperation with the Modern Trade supervisor & Sales team, defined by below actions:
Monthly Price Check in all channels: MT, Retail, WS, needs to be shared Wk4 of the month. Monthly competitors review needs to be shared Wk1 Ensures all information is available to plan and execute promotions in all channels sales analyses and plans post Evaluation M+1 Prepare CAR presentation Wk1 of the month. Follow secondary sales and achievement vs Target on daily basis Prepare landing by week before WORM and contribute on WORM weekly meeting. Prepare and manage Quota for necessary situations Define and implement Trade activities (Activations, Promotions, Packs), ensure daily follow up and Post Evaluation. Ensure Perfect execution of activations for all channels. Ensure execution for trade activities Manage and implement HC events Supports Launch of innovations and follow up: Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples, trade plans, activations. Manage Gifts distribution, and discharge. Prepare sales Plan and communication for Sales team

University degree; Minimum 4-5 years’ track record in trade marketing / customer development / marketing; Excellent command of English & French languages IT proficiency Sales Oriented Excellent communication Skills Pack Office (Mainly Excel, Power BI & Power Point )
