<strong>Job Description<br></strong><strong>Role purpose: <br></strong>The Associate Project Manager provides project or programme support and administration function, to customer facing project, programme and managers, which enables the project or programme manager to deliver a wide range of customer facing solutions and services to our Enterprise customers.<p><br></p>The Associate Project Manager is customer facing for standard / simple end to end delivery with direct relationships with the customer.<br><br><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<br></strong><ul><li> Creates and executes project work, in a (virtual) cross-functional project team; plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements </li><li> Coordinate projects with multiple functions and / or work streams by applying project management methods, best practices </li><li> Ensures responsibilities, activities and deliverables are clear and documented for each resource allocated to a project</li><li> Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately</li><li> Document processes, create process descriptions and work instructions<br><br></li></ul><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<br></strong><ul><li> Governance & Reporting</li><li> Using appropriate Methodologies and Governance, to support the Project manager in delivering to Time, Cost and Quality. Must be able to assimilate multiple sources of information and report concisely to a range of stakeholders using appropriate methods </li><li> Integration – Tools, Systems & Data</li><li> Providing high level support to the programme & project teams in the appropriate application of various tools for example, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint </li><li> Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data set for the programme or project is maintained </li><li> Business Skills and Attributes</li><li> Typically, 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer projects delivery in the ICT field </li><li> Experience of working in a challenging customer facing role, preferably delivery, with a good understanding of the process & procedures needed to deliver standard services </li><li> Understands key issues dominating the industry </li><li> Builds relationships across relevant areas of the business </li><li> Knowledge of a customer environment would be preferable but not mandatory <br><br></li></ul><strong>Must have professional qualifications: <br></strong><ul><li> Fluent english is a must</li><li> C level Spanish /Italian/German is a plus</li><li> PRINCE2 foundation is a must</li><li> PMP Certificate is a plus</li><li> Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Projects, Visio) </li><li> Use project management tools to deliver a project including all project phases (Mobilization), Planning and Design, Implementation and Acceptance, and Closer</li><li> Knowledge in financial related matters like budgeting, forecasting, controlling </li></ul><p><br></p>#movewithus #_VOIS<br><br><strong>Not a perfect fit?<br></strong>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
