Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain timely, professional, and effective communication with all parties.
  • Prepare and send Sales Order confirmations in SAP to customers and Sales Team promptly.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices and send them to the respective Sales Team member/Customer without delay upon receiving an enquiry or pre-order request.
  • Provide prompt responses to customers via the Sales Force Platform.
  • Interact with Supply Planners for ETA requests and send SO confirmation to customers.
  • Liaise with Sales and MDG Team for creating new customer codes in the system.
  • Work with Finance team for credit block on a daily basis.
  • Create new FG product codes and liaise with R&D for producing batch sheets, associated documentation, and labels.
  • Collaborate with Material Planning/Supply Planning team to address raw material shortages.
  • Clarify customer requests regarding order confirmations, raw material shortages, and delivery dates to avoid service issues. Determine the cause of any issues, seek solutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Work with Logistics team to generate invoices and export documentation.
  • Provide Supply Excellence Reporting and track MADs vs PDs in SAP.

Qualification & Skills

  • Seeking candidates with 2-3 years of customer service/administration experience in manufacturing
  • Related educational background preferred
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines effectively
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word expected
  • Essential to have knowledge and experience of ERP systems, particularly SAP
