Our client is a leading Global Consumer Electronics company. They are now looking for a Customer Care Executive to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling Day-to-Day inquiries from customers Via emails and calls.
  • Assist the Head of Customer Support with his emails, coordination, and customer queries. 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Skills

Preference:

  • Age Limit – 32 years
  • 2+ years of experience as operations coordinator or Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Must be good in outlook, Email writing, preparing daily reports
