Job Description

  • Assurer le suivi de l’activité END 2 END de la facturation avec le 3PL
  • Assurer la gestion des réclamations clients
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration de la logistique exécution et du service client
  • Communiquer les KPI et les états de suivi aux différentes parties prenantes.

Profil : Bac + 5 commercial ou Supply Chain, avec maîtrise du pack office (Excel, Word …..)
​ La maitrise de SAP est vivement souhaitée.
