<strong><u>Customer And Creator Experience Specialist ( Account Manager)</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Location work in Riyadh.</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>The Position Involves</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervises the development of advertising concepts and the implementation of marketing strategy.</li><li>Serves as a liaison between the creators, the team, and other departments.</li><li>Create strategies for increasing client satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Handle client feedback and complaints.</li><li>Provide clients with reports on their advertising initiatives.</li><li>Work with content providers to ensure they are aware of the ad requirements and marketing strategy.</li><li>Work to ensure that creators have a great experience throughout the ad creation and execution process.</li><li>Handle creator feedback and concerns.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>The Position Requires The Following</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>More then 2 years of experience in customer service and/or account management. </li><li>A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or comparable practical experience is required.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically are required to give effective answers.</li><li>Approachable and customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help and support others.</li><li>Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage several priorities in a fast-paced setting are required.</li><li>Knowledge of customer support software and tools (for example, help desk systems and live chat software).</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and online networks.</li><li>Fluent in English , Strong written and vocal communication abilities, as well as the ability to communicate difficult concepts in a clear and succinct manner.</li></ul>
