Job Description
Lead and manage the culinary team in creating and executing innovative, high-quality menus and culinary experiences that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective ingredients are used in the preparation of all food and beverage offerings.
Develop and implement culinary policies and procedures that comply with local health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Develop and execute training programs for the culinary team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest culinary techniques, trends, and best practices.
Continuously review and improve the culinary offerings to stay ahead of the competition and meet the evolving needs of our guests.
Manage the culinary department’s budget and ensure that all expenditures are within the approved limits.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Events, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the culinary team to support their growth and development.
