Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to take ownership of your own creations and are looking to build your next tech venture from scratch?</p><p><br></p><p>If so, we are looking for you.</p><p><br></p><p>How does this work?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>📝 Program details</strong></p><p><strong>Start date: </strong>Mid-September, 2023</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 12 + 12 weeks</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</p><p><strong>Structure: </strong>Full-time in-person program structured in two phases:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Phase 1: </strong>Runs for 12 weeks, and is focused on forming a team and validating a startup hypothesis. Here we surround you with everything you need to build at lightning speed: a cohort of exceptional individuals to find the right co-founder, coaching from our team and network of proven founders and advisors, local ecosystem introductions, and perks from hundreds of partners. At the end of this phase, your team will pitch to our Investment Committee. Successful teams will receive $130K investment from Antler for 11% of equity and move to Phase 2.</li><li><strong>Phase 2:</strong> Runs for 12 weeks, and is focused on company setup and formation. Directly post investment, you get personalized business coaching and partnership introductions from Antler MENAP and Antler Global, assistance with investor facing material and defining capital pathway, legal and tax support, amongst other value-adds. It culminates with a Demo Day, where you will get the opportunity to pitch to top local and international investors.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>🚀 About Antler</strong></p><p>Antler is the world’s fastest growing early-stage investor and invests in the defining technology companies of tomorrow. This allows you to meet your ideal co-founder from a diverse cohort of industry, commercial and technology leaders, most of whom are serial founders.</li><li><strong>Local Ecosystem Expertise: </strong>We are a one-stop shop for locally embedding your startup: everything from fast-tracked business set up, gateways to non-dilutive financing options, and introductions to relevant ecosystem stakeholders and your first customer base.</li><li><strong>Coaching Across the Global Advisory Network:</strong> Founders go through a thorough problem and idea validation process; to get first customer acquisition results with help of dedicated local and global coaches from the Antler network.</li><li><strong>Potential Pre-Seed Funding:</strong> The opportunity to pitch at Antler MENAP’s Investment Committee, that will invest at the following terms: USD$130,000 pre-seed investment for 11% equity stake. If you don’t get an investment from Antler, we do not charge any fee nor take any equity.</li><li><strong>Potential Follow-On Funding:</strong> If you received the Pre-Seed investment from Antler, we arrange a Demo Day where we invite VCs, institutional and angel investors to help you raise your later investment round.</li><li><strong>Stipend:</strong> Antler provides founders with a USD$4,000 stipend during Phase 1’s 12-week Residency.
