CEQUENS, a leading cloud communication platform in the Middle East and Africa region, is seeking a CRM Specialist with expertise in Hubspot to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM system and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. As a CRM Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. CEQUENS provides omni-channel communication APIs such as SMS, email, voice, push notifications, and chat apps to enable enterprises and developers to communicate with customers worldwide.If you have a passion for telecommunications and are a Hubspot expert, we encourage you to apply!<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Establish workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM</li><li>Spot ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks</li><li>Customize and pull marketing reports from the CRM</li><li>Analyze marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to</li><li>Write training manuals and teach staff on how to use the CRM</li><li>Meet with teams to help them analyze business trends</li><li>Introduce creative ideas aiming at achieving the company’s marketing quantitative and qualitative objectives.</li><li>Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and evaluating all customer loyalty activities across the organization</li><li> Record and update customers’ data using the CRM system</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>2 to 3 years of experience in the CRM(HubSpot)</li><li>Marketing background (Preferred)</li><li>Ability to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests</li><li>Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales</li><li>Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication</li><li>Public speaking skills that allow them to train others on CRM software</li><li>Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data</li></ul>
