Our client is the leading Bank in UAE. They are now looking for CRM Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage the operational activities of the CRM platform, disseminate reports on CRM usage and performance in line with the agreed standards and provide services and information in order to improve service levels and usage and contribute to CRM deliver
- Handle queries on service requests and leads from various channels; upload leads and cancellation of leads in order to ensure all requests from teams are actioned accordingly
- Monitor the turnaround for leads and service requests and follow up with teams to ensure the required turnaround is met
- Prepare reports for leads and service requests in order track and report on the status of these
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
Skills
Preference
- Knowledge with CRM suites like – Salesforce /MS Dynamics
- Planning, analytical and time management skills
- Written and spoken English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant specialization
- At least 3 years of experience in banking in CRM platform management
- CRM / customer engagement experience ( preferably in a bank or Retail ) for over +8 / 10 years (Managed large user database)
