<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><br><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly organized CRM &amp; Sales Operations Manager to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system and sales processes in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our customer data, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement. As a key member of our sales team, the CRM &amp; Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales processes are fully optimized and that our CRM system is being used effectively to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring that all customer data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.</li><br><li> </li><br><li>Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations to the sales team on how to improve sales performance.</li><br><li> </li><br><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth in the real estate industry.</li><br><li> </li><br><li>Monitor and report on sales pipeline and key performance metrics for real estate sales.</li><br><li> </li><br><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales processes that are efficient and effective for real estate sales.</li><br><li>Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of the CRM system, sales processes, and best practices for real estate sales.</li><br><li>Manage and maintain documentation on sales processes and procedures for real estate sales</li><br><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate sales operations and customer data management.</li><br><li>Manage unit inventory and availability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date unit information is available to the sales team</li><br><li>Manage the contracts cycle, from initial contract preparation through to execution and filing</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field</li><br><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and sales operations, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry</li><br><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making in real estate sales</li><br><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with real estate clients and customers</li><br><li>Expertise in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.</li><br><li>Knowledge of real estate sales methodologies and best practices.</li></ul>
