Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions.
  2. Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns.
  3. Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
  4. Assisting the Asst. Manager CRM in the day to day coordination with other departments.
  5. Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested.
  6. Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
  7. Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service)
  8. Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target.
  9. Prepare monthly MSI Sales report
  10. Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints.
  11. Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers – Approval & sending LPO to supplier.
  12. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
