You will work extensively across the entire HubSpot ecosystem, offering guidance, configuring, and implementing the platform to meet our clients’ unique requirements. Your role will involve collaborating on specific projects, typically lasting between 30 to 90 days, with our diverse client base</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategic Setup and Configuration:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive setup and configuration of the HubSpot platform.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usage and recommend improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Consultancy Support and Maximizing Usage:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide expert guidance and consultancy support to clients, enabling them to maximize their utilization of the HubSpot system.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customize the platform accordingly.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting and Dashboards:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop customized reports and dashboards, ensuring clients have access to relevant data for informed decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Training and User Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure effective usage of the HubSpot platform.</li><li>Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, addressing bespoke requirements as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Mapping and Workflow Automation:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to map and optimize their processes within the HubSpot platform.</li><li>Design and implement workflows (automated processes) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Relationship Building and Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for CRM-related matters.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Solutions team to develop tailored scopes of work for clients’ specific needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Demos and Presentations:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct platform demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of HubSpot.</li><li>Deliver clear and concise project updates and reports to key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar platforms like Salesforce) with a proven track record of successful CRM implementation.</li><li>Experience in CRM setup and configuration.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to address technical CRM issues and cater to unique requirements.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.</li><li>Proficient in presenting project updates and reports to key stakeholders.</li><li>2-3 years of experience working with CRM systems.</li><li>Proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for service growth and supporting clients’ business expansion.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Remuneration:</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package commensurate with the applicantβs experience as well as a bonus/commission structure.
