Does the idea of creating world-class restaurants, food halls and F&B excite you?</p><p>At TGP International, we are looking for a HubSpot Administrator to join our marketing team, working on international CRM projects, helping to deliver exceptional CRM and customer service processes via the HubSpot Platform.</p><p>As the world’s leading hospitality agency, offering an outstanding 360 degree service to our clients, we are constantly striving to be the best and lead the sector in F&B and hospitality consultancy. We need a driven and creative HubSpot administrator to join our fun and dynamic team and have a direct contribution to customer retention and growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Some of the tasks that you will be directly involved in and learn from are;</p><p>As the HubSpot CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional departments including Sales and Marketing teams. CRM administrator will be responsible for overall user support, data integrity, system administration, and process maintenance as well as the implementation of new business processes that will improve KPIs and drive growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot CRM administering.</li><li>Create documentation, guide and educate how to use a CRM for different use cases.</li><li>Create and modify personalised views on contacts and/or deals. Add, modify and fill various properties of CRM objects. Create and automate pipelines for various sales needs.</li><li>Create ad-hoc reports based on the requests.</li><li>Manage integrations with tools and data providers.</li><li>Execute marketing campaigns, including blog, email marketing, marketing funnels, workflows, sequences, automations, tasks, sales reports, marketing reports, SEO and web pages. It is expected that you have a demonstrated level of competency in some of these areas.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and analyse the CRM performance and success of marketing campaigns, and show the Return on Investment (ROI) via weekly/monthly reports.</li><li>Analyze competitor activity and stay up to date with the latest HubSpot releases.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You will have;</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years HubSpot admin experience and a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities.</li><li>Agility to quickly adapt to our business, understanding the terminology and our client solutions.</li><li>Ability to perform and train the international team on all functions associated with sales and marketing on hubspot.</li><li>Successful track record of working with various departments to identify, develop and deploy in CRM new business strategies and scalable processes</li><li>Understanding of the customer journey in B2B sales and marketing processes. B2C is a plus.</li><li>Valid certifications for HubSpot and experience in administration of the SalesForce will be a plus</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively and remotely with widely distributed teams in different time zones</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal and written UK English communication skills</li><li>Proficient with marketing-related software programs Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>If this sounds like something you would be interested in and are able to join our London team, please apply with your CV</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Dubai – Expo City</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>HubSpot: 2 years (required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai</p>
