Our client is one of the fastest growing fintech invoice discounting services in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are looking to hire a Credit Officer for Riyadh, KSA.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Reading and analyzing financial documents.</li><li>Be part the Risk function, manage new customer acquisition decisions as well as in-life changes (either upsell or cross-sell to another product or service).</li><li>Managing all aspects of (application) credit risk, and credit fraud risk and mitigation, from identifying application fraud, setting policies through to continually improving policies and systems to mitigate against attacks.</li><li>Conducting financial review of credit, assessing company financials, and initiating credit application reviews.</li><li>Controlling credit risk by analyzing portfolio and identifying potential issues impacting client security. <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in the financing/banking industry.</li><li>Working under SAMA guidelines is a must.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, or similar role.</li><li>Exceptional underwriting experience across multiple product types including receivables finance, payables finance, invoice discounting, buy now pay later, and cards.</li><li>Credit management, banking or accountancy experience and qualifications.</li><li>Experience working within a Credit Underwriting function within a B2B environment.</li></ul>
