3 to 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in the salon professional industry.<p><br></p>Strong knowledge of the salon professional industry, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.<p><br></p>Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans that drive sales growth and brand recognition.<p><br></p>Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.<p><br></p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external stakeholders.<p><br></p>Experience in budget management and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.<p><br></p>Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.<p><br></p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, business administration or relevant field<p><br></p>Strong leadership skills to manage a team, think critically to identify problems, and provide creative solutions.<p><br></p>Fluent in English and Arabic.<p><br></p>Must be highly detail-oriented, passionate about the beauty industry, innovative, creative, and curious.<p><br></p>Presentable and charismatic
