Reporting Line

Reports to the Senior Credit Controller / Finance Department.

The position is mainly based in out of the Dubai office but will have to report to Sharjah office during training period, & end of month closing, & or at least twice per week to help integrate with the rest of the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Subject to Change based on business needs:

  • Dedicated to the Dispute Resolution department to increase the teams support to the department. This role will be responsible for mainly UAE but also non-UAE based clients.
  • Monitor Credit Limits, and the different payment agreements. Also monitor and understand payment patterns. Ensure they remain within their agreed terms.
  • Assessing the creditworthiness of new or existing clients by doing online research. Raise flags where needed.
  • Follow up with the clients on unpaid invoices. And complete any necessary reconciliation.
  • Follow up with the fee earners and secretaries to resolve client’s queries.
  • Support the fee earners and the secretaries and provide required assistance for collecting our fees. This is part of the non-assigned clients.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of the credit policy and procedures to reduce the company’s overall credit risk. Based on own experiences with the department.
  • Preparing Ad Hoc reports.
  • Preparing Vendor Registration forms.
  • Prepare Audit Letters for clients
  • Assist the rest of the team
