The Credit Control Team <ul><li>High level of cash-flow from customers</li><li>Reduction of outstanding debts</li><li>Accounts information and collection service is trustworthy, produced in real-time to internal and external customers</li><li>Customer’s satisfaction and retention (We are where you are, we understand local cultures and Processes)</li></ul>The Credit Controller will… <ul><li>Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention</li><li>Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team</li><li>Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO</li><li>Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team</li><li>Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team</li><li>Prepare weekly receivables and lease ageing status report and submit to the management for review and action.</li><li>Monitor closed receivables, police cases, third party collections etc.</li><li>Open Debtor account with proper documentation.</li><li>Ensure that all invoices have been issued according to the agreement signed with the client.</li><li>Process credit notes as per to Department Rules.</li><li>Chase outstanding customer account and finalize the dues.</li><li>Attend customer queries on day to day basis.</li><li>Visit clients for accounts related issues as and when required to ensure smooth running of business.</li><li>Ensure that information is accurately allocated and entered into the system.</li><li>Daily and monthly invoicing for various revenue segments.</li><li>Proactively identify business improvement opportunities.</li><li>Ensure that the company service guarantees are met.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.</li><li>Check Credit records on database and maintaining and updating this database on a regular basis.</li><li>Have direct discussion with Sales managers and Country Manager regarding finance issue and keep them aware of financial matters with their clients.</li><li>Escalate issues to Credit Control Manager on a regular basis.</li></ul> You’ll enjoy and succeed in this job if you have…. <ul><li>Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders (Internal & External Client)</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>The ability to adhere to strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure</li><li>The ability to explain financial issues to others in a simple yet direct manner.</li></ul><li></li>Experience required <ul><li>Competency with large ERP systems</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases.</li><li>Good numeracyskills</li></ul>
