<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>As the Creative Studio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our creative projects, ensuring smooth operations, efficient resource allocation, and timely project delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a collaborative and innovative environment that fosters creativity and encourages teamwork.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, co-ordinate and track projects from initial stages through to delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate project kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews to ensure clarity and alignment.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work within budgetary and timeline constraints.</li><li>Plan and forecast future resource needs based on project pipeline and business requirements.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.</li><li>Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including creative talent, equipment, and software tools, to maximize productivity and project outcomes.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, departments, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Head of Creative and maintains organized records and documentation related to projects.</li><li>Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues or conflicts, providing timely and effective resolution.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Specification</strong></p><ul><li>Proven 5years experience in a creative project management role, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, resource planning, and collaboration.</li><li>Solid understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, video production, and digital marketing.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field will be added advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p>
