Also, to help Saudi’s passionate gaming sector to develop homegrown IP and more broadly, make KSA a global hub for gaming.</p><p>As part of the SGS team, you will work alongside the best global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh to be part of the ambitious group, and innovative, passionate and hardworking Saudis.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>SGS is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to drive brand and business success of our games on strategic markets and casual as well as niche segments, to play an integral part in our Marketing organization. As Creative Artist, s/he will develop and communicate big, bold, creative ideas that will engage fans and drive business growth. The role will be global taking into account each cultural relevant specificity.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Shaping and delivering high profile campaigns with creativity and innovation considering each parameter (data analysis, market research results, production).</li><li>Shape and deliver creative campaigns including responsibility for TV, digital, print, content production workstreams, managing campaigns with support, and be an integral part of the team working on large projects with ability to run key workstreams.</li><li>Manage creative partners and suppliers including freelance consultants, creative agencies and production / post-production partners including setting up and onboarding agencies.</li><li>Manage campaign budgets with meticulous attention to detail and forward-planning, working with the Brand Manager to ensure flawless tracking of budgets across the team.</li><li>Manage Digital ad production edit adaptations, legal approvals, localization, usage and music rights for global media planning.</li><li>Prepare, present and distribute campaign presentations, internally and externally to key partners.</li><li>Respond to asset requests from external partners to ensure they are provided with all relevant materials and asset release form.</li><li>Brining strategic regour and an audience-centric mindset to everything we do.</li><li>Write campaign briefs and devise strategies to include gathering insights, competitor landscape analysis and translating insights into effective brand and campaign strategies, ensuring we always stay audience and insight centric.</li><li>Bring knowledge of the evolving media landscape to creative development, working closely with the data &amp; research teams, production and communication team to craft strategic, integrated and innovative campaign plans.</li><li>Stay up to date with gaming, media and creative industry trends and innovations and pro-actively share insights and information with CMK Manager and production team.</li><li>Put in place effective campaign measurement and analyze brand and market performance with a good understanding of key brand and game metrics, along with those of our competitors working closely with our Data &amp; Research team.</li><li>Understanding of measurement and KPIs utilizing best practices and key learnings to ensure SGS produces the best content.</li><li>Be a driver and innovator within the marketing organization.</li><li>Bring agile thinking to non-linear campaign planning processes, working in cross discipline project teams, in order to shape campaign plans applying strategic, creative and project management skills as required.</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Qualifications &amp; Key Skills:</u></p><ul><li>Relevant experience in a creative marketing team or agency as creative director role with a proven track record in delivering outstanding campaigns with commercial results.</li><li>Great creative and strategic instincts, driven by the desire to make great work, creatively ambitious.</li><li>Experience working with creative/production agencies.</li><li>Experience delivering campaigns including classical and digital, social. </li><li>You’ll have solid experience of how to use insights effectively to drive creative strategies and taking a player-centric approach to inform creative development.</li><li>Confident in setting up campaign measurement and analysis in order to assess the performance of, and optimize, our campaigns and creative content.</li><li>Be a digital native with an in depth understanding of all digital and social channels, with experience of planning and delivering effective digital campaigns.</li><li>Strong presentation skills.</li><li>Experience of juggling multiple schedules and workflow, handing a high volume of requests simultaneously and working with content management systems.</li><li>An enthusiasm and passion for games and an understanding of digital businesses is a must. </li></ul><p> </p><p>Let’s bring Together Savvy Games Studios to the world.</p><p></p>
