Job Description
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to take full responsibility of overall management of Graphics and Solutions section. include Plan, develop, execute, and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the section to a further step.
Key Accountability Areas
– Directs the production of all the company artwork digital and printing.
– Coordinates between all departments and working parallel within the marketing team to assuring that alfanar requirements are met.
– Develop multimedia materials for presentations and promotion’s ability to introduce and implement fresh and exciting ideas.
– Responsible for multimedia production Audio/Video production.
– Develops, coordinates, and manages media project plans for the company.
– Manage creative designers, web-developers, and multimedia designer team to produce high quality digital products.
– Enhance the look & feel of existing graphic content. Generate interactive & animated graphics for corporate online existence.
– Handling alfanar’s events stands booths and marketing collateral production and installation.
– Review and approval of all media, production, technical catalogues, brochures, flyers, exhibitions collateral creative briefs etc.
– Develop weekly project activity reports.
– Meeting all the objectives, timelines. Development and supervision of creative media strategies.
– Collaborating with business partners to find solutions to business marketing challenges.
– Balance the company’s collaterals department’s requirements with company advertising rules and strategies.
– Manage the design of alfanar Trading Division product’s packaging.
– Oversee the creative department by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff
– Establish and maintain creative department standards and guidelines
– Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
– Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in implementing the marketing ideas and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget
– Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape, and track campaign performance
– Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice
– Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing & communications materials
– Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team

Academic Qualification
