Job Description

<strong>Role purpose: <br></strong><ul><li> To plan, design, and Implement Converged Packet network (CPN) according to Vodafone group guidelines and technology best practice </li><li> Handle advanced Implementation tasks including design and Configuration </li><li> Review Team configuration changes to ensure successful Implementation to network changes with minimum impact </li><li> Risk assessment for CPN network changes and interact with Technology change Management to discuss in weekly CAB</li><li> Interact with Decision support team to Handle CPN Business Case <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership<br></strong><ul><li> Review Network design ,highlight issue and Implement Fixes </li><li> Handle advanced Network configuration </li><li> Handle Network capacity Planning based on actual traffic trend and Services forecast </li><li> Provide recommended software version for CPN Platforms </li><li> Handle Technical Part in CPN RFI &amp; RFQ<br><br></li></ul><strong> Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<br></strong><ul><li> Experience in deployment, implementation and configuration of network devices such as Cisco ASR9k, Nexus switches, IOS routers and switches </li><li> Hands on experience on F5 Load balancers configuration </li><li> ACI hands on experience is highly recommended </li><li> Network Programming skills is highly recommended </li><li> Managing Team<br><br></li></ul><strong> Must have technical / professional qualifications: <br></strong><ul><li> Minimum 5 years of relevant IP network Experience</li><li> CCIE SP and/or CCIE R/S certified is highly recommended </li><li> Previous experience in Telecom nodes IP design</li></ul>
