This involves setting performance standards, providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring overall team productivity and morale.</li><li>Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency. This includes managing resources, optimizing processes, and resolving operational issues.</li><li>Financial Management: Managing the financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability. This includes monitoring financial performance, analysing financial reports, and implementing cost-saving measures.</li><li>Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with Internal and External stakeholders such as vendors, clients, local community members etc.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Essential Skill Set:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Excellent Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills are must.</li><li>Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.</li><li>Leadership skills, Financial Acumen, Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills, Industry knowledge etc.</li></ol>
