<p>The Country HR role is member of SHAREit Group regional HR team. The role will mainly support PayerMax (Fintech business under SHAREit Group) in MENA, Focus on Saudi, but remain exposure to oversee other countries like UAE and other sites in Eastern Europe, Russia or Brazil if necessary under SHAREit Group.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>1. Partner with the Regional HRBP to ensure HR operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.</span></p><p>2. Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations in MENA region and address business for internal alignment.</p><p>3. Work closely with the senior members of the People/HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures</p><p>4. Manage HR process for KSA employees including onboarding &amp; leaving, GOSI, orientation, medical insurance, visa and legal documentation. Remain flexibility to extend scope to regional country depends on business needs</p><p>5. Partner with China C&amp;B team and be the focal point of local HR agencies to ensure data accuracy and effective communication of HR services provided.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.</p><p>2. Minimum 2 years of relevant local HR experience is required. Familiar with Saudi government portal</p><p>3. Experience working with multiple cultures, geographies and labor laws across MENA</p><p>4. Proficiency in both spoken &amp; written English language is required. Mandarin and Arabic would be big plus.</p><p>5. A strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team</p><p>6.
