They are a team of passionate individuals with the mission to succeed and create industry leading games that players love.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identifying new business opportunities through research, existing relationships, targeted contact or formal introductions; moving the customer through the sales cycle</li><li>Creating and managing the projects pipeline through focused activity</li><li>Understanding and defining customer requirements to be able to sell in a consultative and partnered way</li><li>Developing relationships with the customers and understanding their business fully so that you sell to them in the correct manner</li><li>To be a Product Expert on both current and future offerings, to talk with confidence and passion about a wide range of solutions</li><li>To co-ordinate internal commercial and marketing teams in growing the market’s revenues</li><li>To develop and update sales material including presentational resources to assist in the sale</li><li>process</li><li>To create profitable commercials based on the businesses needs and customer requirements</li><li>To report back to the business on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle</li><li>To attend trade shows, events and conferences where required</li><li>To organize events for customers</li><li>To roll out company products across the range of the market’s operators</li><li>Complete demonstrations of product solutions either remotely or face-to-face in the customers‘ office</li><li>Working with the Product and Marketing Teams to develop specific initiatives to win more new business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have experience with either online B2B industry in sales or account management; or a commercial B2C role</li><li>Ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex and rapidly changing environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines</li><li>Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks</li><li>Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment</li><li>Self-motivator and able to motivate others</li><li>“Roll up sleeves” attitude getting involved directly in the workload</li><li>Be numbers focused and driven on financial performance</li><li>Be socially adept and comfortable to drive new relationships</li><li>Be able to negotiate with customers to the benefit of the business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Super desirable skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Large network of C-level contacts in the gaming or gambling sector</li><li>In depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products</li><li>Has created and implemented sales strategies either regionally or globally</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage in discussions with other negotiators and work toward an agreeable solution across all service providers &amp; operators.</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; emotional intelligence skills with the ability to effectively communicate, interact, and work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.</li><li>Sound planning &amp; time management skills with a clear idea of what you hope to achieve and where your boundaries lie throughout all ongoing commercial discussions.</li><li>Persuasive with an ability to influence others during contract negotiations.</li><li>Outstanding attention to detail to be able to focus on contractual details, ensuring thoroughness throughout the contracting phase.</li><li>Commercial awareness &amp; analytical skills possessing an understanding of market rates and ability to use financial analysis and cost modelling to drive ROI.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills to present the product professionally, motivating the operator to act in favour of the Sportsbook product.</li><li>Flexible approach to working hours. The role will require working with internal teams, service providers &amp; operators in various locations across different time zones.</li><li>Availability to travel as the role will require frequent travel to global iGaming conferences.</li></ul>
