<p>Our client Multinational Management Consultant is looking for proactive, dynamic, talented Cost Manager coming from Development background to join their team on a project based in Neom, KSA (<strong>50% work from Saudi/UAE and 50% on site in Neom</strong>). In this role you will perform:&nbsp;Cost Estimation, Budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX preparation ,Cost Control, Change Management, Variations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Management of all cost and commercial activities, Estimating and Cost Planning, Cost Checks and Cost Reviews, Cashflow Forecasting, Tendering, Tender Evaluation and Reporting, Assessment of Variations, Change Management and Cost Control, Assessment of Variations and Claims, Cost Reporting ,General Commercial and Contract Administration, Final Accounting on projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of Cost and Commercial process.</li><li>Excellent understanding &amp; experience of Cost and Commercial principles from feasibility to close out of Contracts.</li><li>B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, any engineering discipline or equivalent College degree.</li><li>Minimum 10 years industry experience within a large Development company.</li></ul>
